More Great Service!

This must be my week for finding good service. There are two companies I want to tell you about that know what great service is all about. The first company is a restaurant called Raymond's Hong Kong Cafe.

When I first walked in I was greeted warmly and shown to my seat. Then the manager came to my table and took my drink order and asked if I had been there before. She asked how I found out about the restaurant and was very excited to tell me a little of the history and the types of food they serve on their menu. This was a wonderful interaction and I felt like I was the only customer in the restaurant, even though it was very busy. The server that took our order and brought our food was on " the money" with good service. She new when to bring more water, when we were through with our soup and when to bring the entree. The food was made with fresh ingredients and very good. When we left the manager engaged with us again, gave myself and my business associate a take out menu and thanked us for coming. The great customer service I received today at this restaurant made my day! I will not only eat there because the food was great, but I will continue to go back because of the high quality of service I received.
